WARNING: I stop for turtles crossing the road!
The painted turtle species native to Muskoka and Parry Sound are severely threatened by increasing traffic.
Last summer alone I helped six turtles cross the road safely. (They didn't thank me - too scared!)
I will donate 25% of the purchase price to The Nature Conservancy, a global organization dedicated to helping the environment and wildlife everywhere.
